• NEW - Fire Code Regulations at Alliant Energy Center - View if you're using a tent and/or are a Food Vendor. If you use a tent that is 400 square feet or more at your vendor booth space, this form needs to be completed and sent to the Madison Fire Department by July 4, 2022. Keep this permit in the tent and have it easily accessible.
  • All tents that are 400 square feet or more and all food vendors must have a fire extinguisher in their tent.

All forms are due July 1; some may be due in June.

A certificate of liability insurance also needs to be on-file. Proof of $1M liability insurance coverage, in effect and maintained for the duration of the Fair, is required. Please have your policy holder mail or email a certificate with Dane County Fair listed as an additional insured and the certificate holder for the address P.O. Box 287, Oregon, WI 53575.
