Fair: Thursday - Saturday

All indoor vendors are located in the air-conditioned Exhibition Hall.

Outside vendors can access their booth via Gate B (black gate on Rimrock Road near Clarion Hotel).
Vendors must be in their location by 5pm on Wednesday and can continue to setup until 10pm.

Outside vendors can depart AEC via Gate B (black gate on Rimrock Road near Clarion Hotel).
Move-out can begin around 10:30pm, but do not remove any trailers/trucks/vehicles from the grounds until 11pm when the public has vacated the premises.

Outside vendors can depart AEC via Gate B (black gate on Rimrock Road near Clarion Hotel) or Main Gate if no tents are in the way.
