All new applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Decisions for new vendors will be based on products, menu, type of services, and space requirements. Please include detailed information with your application, including product line, brands, menu, space preference (inside or outside), and total/entire space requirements, including hitch, porch, tent stakes, etc. Photos or diagrams of your exhibit/booth/trailer are required. All interested food vendors must submit photos of their stand. Scroll down to complete the online application below to apply for a spot at the 2025 Dane County Fair. Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. If approved, a confirmation email with invoice will be sent. A deposit payment is then due soon after to secure the booth space.

Rates
Space rates are outlined below on the space application and only include the space. For inside booth space, the fee includes pipe and drape. Electricity, water hookup, and booth materials are available through the Alliant Energy Center of Dane County at an additional cost to the vendor. Vendors may bring their own chairs and tables if needed. Information on how to order items through Alliant Energy Center will be sent with your space assignment by June.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required once the application is approved and an invoice is sent in order to secure your space at the 2025 Dane County Fair. Please wait to send your payment until you hear from the Fair Office. Payments can be made by mailed check to Dane County Fair or via online through an ACH payment link (1% fee); credit cards are not accepted at this time. If you prefer to pay online, select "Pay Online" (on the online renewal form) and you will receive a payment link with your email confirmation. The remaining balance is due on or before June 1, 2025.

Insurance Proof - due by July 1
Proof of $1M liability insurance coverage, in effect and maintained for the duration of the Fair, is required. A copy of your insurance certificate must be on file at the Fair’s business office by July 1, and Dane County Fair is to be listed as "additional insured."
- Expiration Date – Must be through July 20, 2025 of the Fair.

- Description of Operations – The Dane County Fair (July 17-20, 2025, and move-in dates of July 15-16, 2025) at Alliant Energy Center is listed as Additional Insured with respects to the general liability policy above.
