Exhibitor Information Resource, and additional resources in the section below. Entry fees are $8 per youth exhibitor (except Cloverbuds/Clubs - there is no charge).
Fair Project and Animal entries are due by June 1 by 11:59 PM.
Late Entries will be accepted for a $25/submission fee June 2-8, 11:59 PM. Submission is defined as one or multiple Department/Class/Lot entries in one transaction per exhibitor.
INDIVIDUAL YOUTH ENTRIES - MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE EXHIBITOR ENTRY FEE & SEASON WRISTBAND ($8.00) WHEN PROCESSING YOUR ENTRY. CLUB ONLY ENTRY OPTION IS JUST FOR CLUB ENTRIES LIKE CLEAN BARN OR BOOTHS DEPT AND NOT FOR INDIVIDUALS. IF THE EXHIBITOR ENTRY IS NOT SELECTED, YOUR ENTRY WILL BE REJECTED AND YOU'LL HAVE TO RE-SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY.
REMINDER! All youth exhibitors (including Cloverbuds) will receive a complimentary season wristband to attend the Fair!

For family Season Wristbands or Day Tickets at a discount by June 8, all orders will go through our ticketing system (SaffireTix) and NOT FairEntry. Only Exhibitor information and project entries will go through FairEntry. All wristband and day ticket orders will be given to the Club/Chapter/Youth Organization Leader in June and Leaders will distribute to their exhibitors after June 25. Questions?
