Seasonal Staff

The Dane County Fair is looking for Seasonal Staff to work during Fair Week in July. These are paid positions, and all staff are required to complete a W-4 and WT-4 and will receive a W-2 each year.

Grounds Crew

Are you interested in being a member of our Grounds Crew to assist with Fair setup and teardown? If the answer is YES, contact the Dane County Fair via email.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Pre-Fair setup starting the Monday of Fair week
- During Fair activities to set up and teardown for certain livestock shows and entertainment (Thursday-Sunday of Fair week)
- Post-Fair teardown on Sunday & Monday after the Fair
- NOTE: Members of the Grounds Crew work long hours each day and require the ability to lift at least 40lb.
