Discounted Advance Exhibitor Family Season Wristbands and Day Tickets are no longer available

• Wristbands and tickets purchased before June 7th will be provided with Exhibitor Entry Tags in the Club/Chapter Packets. Club/Chapter Leaders will distribute day tickets and wristbands with additional information.
• Season Wristbands & Day Tickets (PHYSICAL Wristband / Ticket) are required to enter the gates beginning Thursday, July 16 through Sunday, July 19. Options include: General Admission (Ages 12+) and Youth Admission (Ages 6-11) for Youth NOT exhibiting at the Fair. Youth Ages 5 and under are FREE.
  • Day Tickets are valid for any ONE day of the Fair. Purchase tickets based on the number of days needed. Day Tickets will be given to Club/Chapter Leader with Exhibitor Entry Tags in the Club/Chapter packets. Club/Chapter Leaders will distribute day tickets with additional information to exhibitors prior to the Fair.
  • Season Wristbands are valid for ALL four days of the Fair. Wristband tickets are NOT to be used at Gates. Wristbands will be given to Club/Chapter Leaders with Exhibitor Entry Tags in the Club/Chapter packets. Club/Chapter Leaders will distribute wristbands with additional information to exhibitors prior to the Fair.
• Recommend having all animal exhibitor family members to park in the North Parking Lot near the Pavilions and enter Gate 3 - Exhibitor Only Gate with their day ticket/season wristband. Non-animal exhibitor family members may park in any lot.
• Non-animal projects must be picked-up from the Fair on Sunday; no later. One Exhibitor with their parent/guardian may present their project claim ticket at a ticket gate on Sunday from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. for free entrance and proceed directly to the West Entrance of the Exhibition Hall. This time period will be strictly enforced.
• REMINDER: All Youth Exhibitors receive a complimentary season wristband with their entries through FairEntry.
