Don't miss BBQ & Bike Showcase Night at the Fair on Thursday, July 17! LAMA MADISON TLACUACHES, the Latin American Motorcycle Association Madison Chapter, members will have their motorcycles on display for attendees to enjoy. There will also be special BBQ items featured at some of our food vendor booth...definitely some tasty treats!

5:00pm: Hometown Hero Flag Lowering Ceremony presented by the Stoughton American Legion Post 59 (Flag Circle)
5:00pm - 8:00pm: 50/50 Raffle, do not need to be present to win
6:00pm - 10:00pm: ember, rock and country rock band (Main Stage - Arena Building)
All Day around Food Court: BBQ Featured Items as the following Food Vendors:
- Charlie's Food Concessions = BBQ Bacon Burger: 1/4 pound burger stacked with melty cheese, crisp bacon, fresh smoked pork, golden onion rings and drizzled with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, all on a fresh baked bakery bun. It's not just a burger-it's a full on barbecue experience between two buns.
- Charlie's Food & Fun = Pulled Pork BBQ Baker: a baked potato topped with our own smoked pulled pork, cheese, bacon, sour cream, BBQ sauce, and green onion.
- Dane County Pork Producers = variety of pork items.
- Famous Dave's = Pulled Pork Funnel Cake Sandwich: pulled pork piled high between two crispy funnel cakes, dusted with a sweet maple bourbon seasoning. Topped with tangy jalapeño-pickled onions and finished with a drizzle of sweet & zesty BBQ sauce. A carnival of flavors in every bite! Plus, a variety of BBQ items.
- Pink Heifer = variety of BBQ items.

LAMA is the Latin American Motorcycle Association that was founded as a non profit organization in 1977, the first chapter started in Chicago, founded by Mario Nieves and Mike Ramos
There are now more than 170 chapters in 17 different countries.
We are the first LAMA chapter ever in Madison, Wisconsin.
Our main goal is to help people in need, donate to schools and families in need, feed those who live on the streets, visit people in hospitals, honor our families, respect the bylaws of our chapter, ride our Motorcycles as much as possible all over the world and treat each member and affiliates as family.
We are honored to be part of the Wisconsin Dane County Fair and are looking forward to many more years of participation with the Fair and La Movida.
