2025 Vendor Banner Sponsorship Form

NEW this YEAR! Vendors have the opportunity to purchase a banner sponsorship in the Food Court area or on the perimeter Fence around the Fair to promote your organization during the Fair. Form DUE by July 1.

Sponsorship Details

* Cost - $250 per banner on bike rack/Mastercade or Fence panel

* Banner(s) with grommets must be provided by Vendor and given to the Fair Office (Mendota 1) by 5pm on Wednesday, July 16

* Banner(s) will be hung on bike rack/Mastercade next to their vendor booth space or on a Fence panel around the Fair by 10am on Thursday.

* Banner(s) will be removed on Sunday, July 20 late at night and given back to the vendor.

NOTE: Only outside vendors can have their banner next to their booth space. Inside vendors who purchase the banner sponsorship will have their banner on a Fence panel around the Fair.

Payment preference once approved:

Full payment is required once the form is approved and an invoice is sent in order to secure your sponsorship. Please wait to send your payment until you hear from the Fair Office. Payment is accepted by mail with a check to Dane County Fair (PO Box 287, Oregon, WI 53575) or via the online ACH link sent from the Fair Office with your confirmation information. NOTE: online payments require a 1% fee.

By selecting the box below, I acknowledge that I wish to become a sponsor of the 2025 Dane County Fair, agree to provide a banner(s) for the sponsorship to the Fair Office (Mendota 1) by 5pm on Wednesday, July 16, and will submit a full payment once approved by the Fair Office.
