BBQ and Bike Night Food Vendor Participation Form

NEW this YEAR! On Thursday, July 17, the Dane County Fair is hosting BBQ & Bike Night featuring BBQ food items from the Fair’s participating food vendors!

Event Details

BBQ & Bike night includes a motorcycle bike showcase with featured BBQ food items served around the Fair along with musical entertainment. The event will start at 5:00pm and end around 9:00pm.

Attendees will have the opportunity to try some unique BBQ items from participating food vendors and vote for their favorite, view motorcycles from the Dane County area, participate in a 50/50 raffle, and enjoy some music to end out the night.

Food Vendor Participation and Process

All Dane County Fair food vendors are invited to participate in BBQ & Bike Night.

Each vendor must feature ONE BBQ food item to sell to attendees.

Items will be reviewed by the Fair Office to avoid multiples of the same food item to make sure that there are diverse BBQ offerings at the event.
BBQ items may include meat and/or veggies or just include BBQ sauce on a current food item offered; be creative!

Vendor must include a description of the item and pricing for promotional purposes.
BBQ food item may be served all day or just during the 5pm-9pm event, vendor’s preference. Voting will be open all day on Thursday.
Participating food vendors will be promoted on the Fair’s social media channels and listed on the Fair website and the on-site Fair program. Listing will include vendor name, BBQ food item/description, and price.
Vendors will receive a QR Code sign to display at their booth for attendees to scan to vote for their favorite BBQ food item vendor. Voting will be open all day on Thursday.
Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite BBQ food item vendor around the Fair via QR Code.
Voting results will be reviewed after Thursday, and the winning food vendor will be announced on the Fair’s social media channels by EOD Friday, July 18. Winner will receive a Champion rosette to display in their booth at the Fair and bragging rights!

To be considered as one of the participating BBQ food vendors on Thursday only, please complete the following information below and submit the online form to the Fair Office by June 1, 2025.
