Food Vendor Information - Items DUE by July 1

Vendors will want to be sure to apply online or download the new PDF application to mail in with their fee, as previous versions of the application won’t be accepted and the fees are different . If a vendor is using an off-site kitchen for preparation or dish washing , in addition to the transient license they also need a permanent retail food license for that off-site space, just like a restaurant would have. This license takes a few weeks from application to having an inspection before they can use it, so any vendors that do this will definitely want to plan ahead or change their activities so they can do everything on-site under the transient license.
