The Dane County Fair is excited to welcome the 2022 Draft Horse Youth/Novice Congress again at this year’s Fair. The Congress is an event sponsored by the Mid-West Draft Horse Enthusiasts with focus on educating exhibitors and Fair attendees about the draft horse industry.

The Congress will offer hands-on learning through educational seminars, including fitting and grooming, driving and harnessing, riding, general care, breeding and reproduction, nutrition and feeding, and conformation and judging.
