*The carnival will operate unless lightning or severe weather is observed.

* Fair Gates CLOSE at 8:00pm each night with NO entry after 8:00pm.

* Youth under 18 years old will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian after 7:00pm. A minimum of one (1) parent or Guardian, 21 years of age or older, must be present.

Carnival Ticket Booths Accept:

• If your child is under 36 inches, there are NO RIDES that can be ridden without A PAYING ADULT!
• Wristband sales will stop at least TWO HOURS prior to ending time to insure value! Unless unforeseen weather approaches with no warning!
• Closing time is based on weather, attendance, or city/county ordinance.
• We cannot predict the weather! Buy wristbands at own risk!
• IF MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS REACHED, TICKET AND WRISTBAND SALES MAY BE TERMINATED WITHOUT NOTICE. (MAXIMUM CAPACITY DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT AND/OR CITY/COUNTY OFFICIALS.)
• NO REFUNDS, NO RAINCHECKS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RE-BANDING, NO EXCEPTIONS
