Military Appreciation Day
Our military men and women, along with their immediate families, will receive FREE admission to the fair when they present their military ID. Special program and activities will be held throughout the day. Click here for more information and details on how you can participate!

Get your Yellow Ribbon!
Yellow ribbons, provided by Operation Homefront, will be available each at entrance gate. We invite all fairgoers to wear the ribbons in support of our troops.

Walgreens Way to Well Health Tour
Outside - NE corner of the Exhibition Hall
11a.m. to 6 p.m.
This health tour will be making a stop in Madison again this year, offering FREE health tests and risk assessments, including total cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, body mass index, body composition, skeletal muscle, resting metabolism, visceral fat, real body age and body weight.

These complimentary health tests, valued at over $100, are available to adults, ages 18 and older, and can be completed in approximately 20 minutes. This service is free with paid Fair admission.

Family Play Day
Hall C - Exhibition Hall
1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Dane County 4-H is proud to sponsor Family Play Day at the Fair. Parents are encouraged to bring their children and participate together in educational activities and games. Take some ideas for homemade fun with you!

American Red Cross Blood Drive
Exhibition Hall Lobby
1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Give the gift of life. New and returning donors are encouraged to donate. Simply bring your ID to the Fair. No appointment necessary; walk-ins are welcome. Blood drive will be held in the Exhibition Hall. Please share this poster with your friends and co-workers.

Wellness Sessions, presented by Wellness for Veterans and Family

Attend one or all three of these special FREE wellness sessions! First timers and experts are welcome. No need to sign up in advance. All are welcome – military background not required.

Mindful Meditation, 12:30-1:00 p.m.
Relaxation Training, 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Tai Chi, 2:00-3:00 p.m.
