Click here for the 2016 Commercial Exhibitor Prospectus and Application.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2016 Dane County Fair. All applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Decisions for new exhibitors will be based on products, menu, type of services and space requirements. Please include detailed information with your application, including product line, brands, menu, space preference (indoor or outdoor) and total/entire space requirements, including hitch, porch, tent stakes, etc. Photos or layouts of your exhibit are appreciated. All interested food vendors must submit photos of their stand. Applications can be submitted via email, faxed to 608-224-0300 or mailed to the Fair office.

Space rates are outlined on the application. Electricity, water hook-up and booth materials are available through the Alliant Energy Center of Dane County at an additional cost to the exhibitor.

Proof of $1M liability insurance coverage, in effect and maintained for the duration of the Fair, is required. A copy of your insurance certificate must be on file at the Fair’s business office by July 1, and Dane County Fair is to be listed as "additional insured".

Contracted exhibitors may click here to access all exhibitor forms.

If you have questions or for more information, contact Kayla Sonnenburg via email or call 608-224-0500.
