Dane County Fair - Five Days of Fun
July 16-22

Ahh, the county fair. When the country comes to the city. Where else can you enjoy a cream puff and a carnival ride or take in a llama show and fried pickles on a stick? Each day of the Dane County Fair promises fun for the whole family. In addition to eight barns full of animals, thousands of youth exhibits, fabulous fair food, a novel marketplace, carnival rides and free musical entertainment, the fair offers the following brand new attractions:

The Winn Family Thrill Show
See the Winns perform spine-tingling, death-defying acts daily, including: The Wheel of Destiny – This pendulum shaped rigging is an awesome sight. The Winns flirt with death inside and outside of the huge revolving space wheel; “The Space Needles” Sway Poles - The astonishing “Sky Masters” climb up to 70 feet in the air on sway poles that seem too thin to hold even the smallest person. See them daily at 3:45, 6:15 and 8:30 p.m. Sponsored by Mountain Dew

ShenaniGuns Comedy Wild West Show
The Wild West goes whack-o when Sheriff Hoppalong Casually and Deputy Leon Jones strap on big iron and face off against dimwit desperadoes Bad Bob and bumbling baby brother Bubba Bob daily at 3:00, 5:30 and 7:45 p.m. This quartet of cowboys fires off a laugh-a-minute load of funny one-liners, silly sight gags and crack-up cornball comedy.
