Contact Maria McGinnis at the Fair office for a contract and more information. Requests will be honored dependent upon product line, menu, type of service and space requirements. Please include complete information i.e. product line, name brand(s), menu, space preference (indoor or outdoor) and total/entire space requirements including hitch, porch, tent stakes, etc. Electricity, water hook-up and booth materials are available through the Alliant Energy Center of Dane County at an additional cost to the exhibitor. Insurance: Proof of $1M liability insurance coverage, in effect and maintained for the period of the current years Fair, is required. A copy of your insurance certificate is to be on file at the Fair’s business office by July 1st and Dane County Fair is to be listed as "additional insured".
