Potential Exhibitors
INTERESTED IN COMMERCIAL SPACE AT THE DANE COUNTY FAIR?
If you’re interested in being part of the Dane County Fair as a commercial exhibitor, please submit your application. Click here for the 2010 Commercial Exhibitor Prospectus and Application.
Applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Decisions for new exhibitors will be based on products, menu, type of services and space requirements. Please include detailed information with your application, including product line, brands, menu, space preference (indoor or outdoor) and total/entire space requirements, including hitch, porch, tent stakes, etc. Photos or layouts of your exhibit are appreciated.
Rates:
Space rates are outlined on the application. Electricity, water hook-up and booth materials are available through the Alliant Energy Center of Dane County at an additional cost to the exhibitor.
Insurance:
Proof of $1M liability insurance coverage, in effect and maintained for the duration of the Fair, is required. A copy of your insurance certificate must be on file at the Fair’s business office by July 1st and Dane County Fair is to be listed as "additional insured".
